These brushes are the creation of Jamie Lea Bertsch of Sweven, a New York-based artisan who brings historical crafting techniques into contemporary homes. Working from her Hudson Valley studio, Jamie hand-braids each brush using traditional methods, creating tools that are both beautiful and functional. Sweven, an Old English word meaning "vision" or "dream," reflects her dedication to crafting timeless pieces that bridge past and present.
